In Chamber of Secrets Hermione repairs Harry’s glasses for a second time in Diagon Alley. Why didn’t the Ministry of Magic prosecute her for underage magic?

That’s because they probably didn’t know that it was Hermione who used the spell. It could have been anyone in Diagon Alley.

Dumbledore has said that the Ministry can’t tell who exactly uses magic in a given area, only that it has been used, and that the Ministry relies on wizard and witch parents to enforce the ban on underage magic within their homes. And they can’t use it in the presence of Muggles or in a Muggle-inhabited area, which is how Harry got caught. But since Diagon Alley is free of Muggles, it’s fine.

Psychedelic perception of Reality

The use of psychedelics is a controvertial subject.

I got interested some time ago, when I started reading about LSD-25 on serotonin receptors of cells during my holidays freetime. As a scientist, I can understand, very deeply, all the physicological and psycotomimetics effects and pharmacology of hallucinogens. When the very secrets of action of some substances are understood further talk can be made more scientific and less biased and not based on bad opinion caused by own experiences or perception of reality.

The conclusion to the controversy seems obvious: psychedelics have an enormous potencial which can be good if used correctly. And by that I am being the least bised I can.

The real problem is what can be considered correct. In my humble opinion, anything that can open doors to self-discovery is correct.
